In 1908, Ralph Rogers laid the groundwork for what would become one of the nation's largest aggregate producing companies. To celebrate our 100th anniversary, we conducted a variety of activities that helped reinforce Rogers Group's core values.
"100 Hours for 100 Years"
- Rogers Group has always believed in giving back to the communities it serves. That's why in 2008, Rogers Group employees in each market committed to donate at least 100 work-hours toward community service projects. After all the projects were tallied, over 2,500 work-hours were donated across five states!

Commemorative Book of Rogers Group's History
- From the Ground Up: How Rocks, Roads, and Rogers Group Helped Build the Nation, is a full-color, 164-page hardcover book telling the 100-year story of Ralph Rogers and the company he began. Pull Tab Recycling Contest
- From April 1 until October 31, employees in each market area collected pull tabs from soda cans to donate to Ronald McDonald House Charities for recycling. Indianaplis-area Rogers Block employees collected the most tabs per employee and won the contest. All told, over 1,350 pounds of pull tabs were collected throughout the company and distributed to local chapters of RMHC.
